Tocanita de dovleac cu orez brun- reteta vegana

Pumpkin stew with brown rice- vegan recipe

Versiunea in limba romana:



Ingrediente:

· 4 catei de usturoi

· 1 dovleac placintar mic

· Ceapa verde

· Ulei de ardei iute (optional)

· Sare

· Piper


Mod de preparare:

1. Intr-o oala punem apa fierbinte si fierbem orezul brun (care a fost spalat inainte) pentru 20 minute si il vom lasa sa se odineasca pentru 10 minute inainte de a fi servit

2. Taiem cubulete dovleacul, intr-o tigaie punem doua linguri de ulei de cocos si dovleacul taiat, il calim pentru 3-4 minute

3. Intr-o oala punem 5 cani de apa fierbinte si 3 lingurite de supa de legume, amestecam bine

4. Cand a inceput sa fiarba adaugam dovleacul si vom da focul la minim

5. Dupa 15-20 minute (depinde cat de mari sunt bucatile de dovleac) vom scoate cateva bucati de dovleac fiert pe o farfurie

6. Cu ajutorul unui mixer vertical transformam continutul din oala in supa crema

7. Punem oala inapoi pe foc, adaugam 3 linguri de tahini si doua linguri de ulei de susan, amestecam bine

8. Condimentam cu sare si piper si vom fierbe supa crema pentru inca 3-4 minute

9. Intr-un bol punem orezul brun, supa crema, bucatele de dovleac fierte, ceapa verde, seminte de susan si ulei de ardei iute(optional)

• 1 small pumpkin

• 2 tablespoons sesame oil- https://vegis.ro/alimentare-otet-uleiuri/solaris/7793-ulei-susan-500ml/

• Green onions

• Hot pepper oil (optional)

Method of preparation:

1. Put hot water in a pot and boil the brown rice (which has been washed before) for 20 minutes and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

2. Cut the pumpkin into cubes, put two tablespoons of coconut oil in a pan and pumpkin, heat it for 3-4 minutes

3. Put 5 cups of hot water and 3 teaspoons of vegetable soup concentrate in a pot, mix well

4. When it started to boil, add the pumpkin and reduce the heat to low

5. After 15-20 minutes (depending on how big the pumpkin pieces are) we will take out a few pieces of boiled pumpkin on a plate

6. Using a vertical mixer, turn the contents of the pot into cream soup

7. Put the pot back on the fire, add 3 tablespoons of tahini and two tablespoons of sesame oil, mix well

8. Season with salt and pepper and cook the cream soup for another 3-4 minutes

9. In a bowl put the brown rice, cream soup, boiled pumpkin pieces, green onions, sesame seeds and hot pepper oil (optional)
