Mousse Mure din doua ingrediente

Blackberries Mousse



Reteta este scrisa in limba romana si in limba engleza.

The recipe is written both in English and Romanian.



Versiunea in limba romana:


Ingrediente:

- frisca lichida



Mod de preparare:

1. Transformam frisca lichida in frisca solida cu ajutorul unui mixer in aproximativ 15 minute

2. Cu ajutorul unui blender transformam fructele in piure

3. Adaugam 2-3 linguri de frisca in piureul de fructe si amestecam bine

4. Lasam la frigider 2-3 ore sau peste noapte




 


English version


Ingredients:

- liquid cream

- blackberries


Method of preparation:

1. Turn liquid cream into solid cream with a mixer in about 15 minutes

2. Using a blender, turn the fruit into puree

3. Add 2-3 tablespoons of whipped cream to the fruit puree and mix well

4. Leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight
