Paste Bolognese

Pasta Bolognese



Reteta este scrisa in limba romana si in limba engleza.

The recipe is written both in English and Romanian.



Versiunea in limba romana:


Ingrediente:

· 300 g macaroane drepte Excellent

· 300 g carne tocata de vita sau mix porc-vita

· 2 linguri ulei

· 1 ceapa

· 3-4 catei de usturoi

· 1-2 ardei grasi

· 2 morcovi mici

· 300 ml suc de rosii

· 2 linguri pasta de tomate

· 2 linguri unt

· sare

· piper

· Busuioc proaspat

· Oregano proaspat

· Parmezan

· Patrunjel proaspat


Mod de preparare:

1. Intr-o tigaie incinsa cu ulei de masline calim carnea tocata pentru 5-6 minute, amestecand periodic.

2. Adaugam ceapa şi usturoiul fin tocate, ardeiul gras şi morcovii taiati cubuleţe, pasta şi sucul de roşii.

3. Condimentam cu busuioc şi oregano proaspat, un praf de sare şi piper. Lasam sa fiarba inabusit 20-25 minute, pana se leaga sosul.

4. Pastele le fierbem în apă cu sare pentru 6-8 minute, apoi le trecem printr-un jet de apă rece şi le lasam la scurs într-o strecurătoare

5. Punem pastele fierte in tigaia cu sos, adaugam doua lingurite de unt si amestecam bine

6. Pentru a da un plus de savoare acestor paste bolognese, putem presara deasupra putin parmezan si cateva frunzulite de patrunjel proaspat.




 

English version:

Ingredients:

• 300 g pasta

• 300 g minced beef or pork-beef mix

• 2 tablespoons oil

• 1 onion

• 3-4 cloves of garlic

• 1-2 bell peppers

• 2 small carrots

• 300 ml of tomato juice

• 2 tablespoons tomato paste

• 2 tablespoons butter

salt

pepper

• Fresh basil

• Fresh oregano

• Parmesan

• Fresh parsley


Method of preparation:

1. In a hot pan with olive oil, heat the minced meat for 5-6 minutes, stirring periodically.

2. Add finely chopped onion and garlic, bell pepper and diced carrots, pasta and tomato juice.

3. Season with basil and fresh oregano, a pinch of salt and pepper. Let simmer for 20-25 minutes, until the sauce binds.

4. Boil the pasta in salted water for 6-8 minutes, then pass it through a stream of cold water and let it drain in a strainer.

5. Put the cooked pasta in the pan with sauce, add two teaspoons of butter and mix well

6. To add flavor to this Bolognese pasta, we can sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese and a few fresh parsley leaves.
