Thai Noodles with crispy chicken strips

Versiunea in limba romana:

Ingrediente:

· 50 grame ciuperci urechi de lemn

· 50 grame Porumb mini

· 2 morcovi

· 3 catei de usturoi

· Sos de soya

· Ulei de masline

· 100 grame taietei faina de grau

· Susan

· Ardei rosu iute

· Ceapa verde

· 200 grame piept de pui

· 1 oua

· 4 linguri faina

· 5 linguri pespet

· 2 linguri fulgi de grau

· 2 linguri Paprika dulce

· Sare

· Piper

· Sos Sweet Chilly

Mod de preparare:

1. Punem pe foc o oala cu apa, cand a inceput sa fiarba apa punem taieteii

2. Dupa 4 minute strecuram apa din oala si lasam taieteii in vas

3. Intr-o tigaie cu putin ulei de masline punem usturoiul si ardeiul iute

4. Curatam si dam pe razatoare morcovii si ii adaugam in tigaie

5. Taiem porumbul mini si ceapa verde si le punem in tigaie

6. Adaugam sosul de soya si taieteii peste legume

7. Taiem in fasii si curatam pieptul de pui

8. Intr-un bol amestecam ouale, Paprika dulce/boia dulce, sare si piper

9. In alt bol punem faina si o lingura de Paprika dulce/boia dulce si amestecam

10. In alt bol punem pespetul si fulgii de porumb

11. Cu ajutorul unui cleste punem pieptul de pui in faina, apoi in ou si ulterior prin mixul de pesmet si fulgi

12. Asezam fiecare fasie de piept de pui pe un tocator

13. Punem ulei de floarea soarelui intr-o tigaie

14. Cand uleiul s-a incins, punem fasiile de pui si le rumenim pentru 4-5 minute pe fiecare parte, la foc mediu

15. Recomand ca peste fasiile crispy sa punem sos sweet chilly

16. Taiem fasiile din piept de pui si le punem peste taietei

17. Garnishim cu seminte de susan si ceapa verde

English version:

Ingredients:

• 50 grams of wooden ear mushrooms

• 50 grams of baby corn

• 2 carrots

• 3 cloves of garlic

• Soy sauce

• Olive oil

• 100 grams of wheat flour noodles

• Susan

• Hot red peppers

• Green onions

• 200 grams of chicken breast

• 1 egg

• 4 tablespoons flour

• 5 tablespoons bread crumbs

• 2 tablespoons wheat flakes

• 2 tablespoons sweet paprika

• Sweet Chilly Sauce

• Salt

• Pepper

Method of preparation:

1. We put a pot of water on the fire, when the water started to boil we put the noodles

2. After 4 minutes, strain the water from the pot and leave the noodles in the bowl

3. Put the garlic and hot pepper in a pan with a little olive oil

4. Peel and grate the carrots and add them to the pan

5. Cut the mini corn and green onions and put them in the pan

6. Add the soy sauce and noodles over the vegetables

7. Cut into strips and clean the chicken breast

8. In a bowl mix eggs, sweet paprika / paprika, salt and pepper

9. In another bowl put flour and a tablespoon of sweet paprika / paprika and mix

10. In another bowl put the breadcrumbs and cornflakes

11. Using a pair of tongs, place the chicken breast in the flour, then in the egg and then through the mixture of breadcrumbs and flakes.

12. Place each strip of chicken breast on a chopping board

13. Put sunflower oil in a pan

14. When the oil has heated up, put the chicken strips and brown them for 4-5 minutes on each side, over medium heat.

15. I recommend putting sweet chilly sauce over the crispy strips

16. Cut the chicken strips and place them over the noodles

17. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions
