Tagliatelle Arrabbiata

Versiunea in limba romana:


Aceasta este o reteta pentru iubitorii de paste, dar care contine mai putine calorii decat o reteta obisnuita.

Ingrediente:

· 200 gr Tagliatelle proaspete

· 3-4 rosii

· 1 ceapa rosie mica

· 1 ardei iute

· Busuioc proaspat

· 2 catei de Usturoi

· Ulei de masline

· Sare

· Piper

Mod de preparare:

1. Punem pe foc o oala cu apa, adaugam sare

2. Taiam rosiile si le decojim

3. Taiem usturoiul si impreuna cu rosiile il adaugam intr-o tigaie, focul trebuie sa fie mic pe toata perioada pregatirii sosului

4. Ceapa rosie o sa o taiem subtire si o sa o adaugam intr-o tigaie separata cu putin ulei de masline, calim ceapa, insa vom avea grija sa o caramelizam

5. Adaugam ceapa calita si uleiul de masline peste rosiile calite

6. Presam rosiile, astfel vom crea sosul de rosii de care avem nevoie pentru pastele noaste

7. Taiem ardeiul iute subtire si il adaugam peste sos

8. Punem sare si piper in sos

9. Adaugam tagliatelle in apa ce a inceput sa fiarba si le vom lasa pentru 3-5 minute

10. In compozitia sosului o sa adaugam frunzele de busuioc proaspat

11. O sa strecuram pastele de apa si le adaugam peste sosul nostru

12. Fierbem pastele impreuna cu sosul pentru 3-5 minute, in functie de preferinta

13. Asezam pastele in farfurie cu ajutorul unei furculite si al unui polonic. Aceasta metoda este folosita pentru a obtine acel efect estetic din pozele facute de mine.

14. Garnisim cu chives si busuioc proaspat

This is a recipe for pasta lovers, but has fewer calories than regular pasta recipes.

Ingredients:

• 200 gr Fresh tagliatelle

• 3-4 tomatoes

• 1 small red onion

• 1 hot pepper

• Fresh basil

• 2 cloves of Garlic

• olive oil

• Salt

• Pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Boil water in a large pot and add a teaspoon of salt

2. Cut the tomatoes and peel them

3. Cut the garlic and add them to a pan, the fire shouldn't be high throughout the preparation of the sauce

4. We will cut the red onion thinly and add it in a separate pan with a little olive oil, heat the onion, but we will take care not to caramelize it

5. Add the hardened onion and olive oil over the hardened tomatoes

6. Press the tomatoes, so we will create the tomato sauce we need for our pasta

7. Cut the hot pepper thinly and add it over the sauce

8. Put salt and pepper in the sauce

9. Add the tagliatelle in the water that has started to boil and leave them for 3-5 minutes

10. In the composition of the sauce we will add the fresh basil leaves

11. We will strain the pasta and add it over our sauce

12. Boil the pasta together with the sauce for 3-5 minutes, depending on preference

13. Place the pasta on a plate with a fork and a ladle. This method is used to get that nice effect from the pictures I took.

14. Garnish with chives and fresh basil
