Creamy Spinach Soup

Versiunea in limba romana:

· Tip de reteta: Vegetariana

· Timp de pregatire: 5 minute

· Timp de coacere: 20 minute

· Gata in: 25 minute

Ingrediente:


· 100 grame spanac

· O ceapa mare

· 4 catei de usturoi

· 150 ml supa de legume

· 50 ml smantana lichida

· Sare

· Piper

Mod de preparare:


1. Taiem ceapa si usturoiul

2. Intr-o tigaie punem putin ulei de masline si adaugam ceapa si usturoiul, peste ele punem sare

3. Spalam spanacul si il punem in tigaie

4. Dupa 5 minute adaugam spanacul in tigaie

5. Le lasam pe foc inca 10 minute

6. Intr-un blender adaugam legumele

7. Adaugam putina supa de legume si mixam pana cand legumele au devenit spuma

8. Scoatem spuma intr-o oala, adaugam inca putin din supa, smantana lichida, sare si piper

9. Garnisim cu smantana lichida si crutoane

Ingredients:


• 100 grams of spinach

• A large onion

• 4 cloves of garlic

• 150 ml vegetable soup

• 50 ml liquid cream

• Salt

• Pepper

Method of preparation:


1. Cut the onion and garlic

2. In a pan put a little olive oil and add onion and garlic, put salt on them

3. Wash the spinach and put it in the pan

4. After 5 minutes add the spinach to the pan

5. Let them simmer for another 10 minutes

6. Add the vegetables to a blender

7. Add a little vegetable broth and mix until the vegetables have become foam

8. Remove the foam in a pot, add a little more of the soup, liquid cream, salt and pepper

9. Garnish with liquid cream and croutons
