Creamy Carrot Soup

Ingrediente:
· 3 morcovi
· O ceapa mare
· 1 pastarnac
· 1 felie telina
· Sare
· Piper
Mod de preparare:
1. Punem o oala cu apa pe foc
2. Curatam morcovii, pastarnacul si telina, le taieim si le adaugam in apa ce a inceput sa fiarba
3. Taiem ceapa in bucati mari si o punem in oala
4. Le lasam sa fiarba pentru 15-20 minute
5. Dupa ce au fiert, scoatem legumele si le punem in blender cu o parte din supa
6. Mixam cu blenderul pana cand toate legumele au devenit spuma
7. Scoatem spuma intr-o oala, adaugam inca putin din supa, smantana lichida, sare si piper
8. Daca doriti puteti sa adaugati si putin ulei de masline, insa eu nu am folosit pentru aceasta reteta
9. Garnisim cu smantana lichida, seminte de dovleac sau crutoane

Ingredients:
• 3 carrots
• A large onion
• 1 parsnip
• 1 slice of celery
• Salt
• Pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Put a pot of water on the fire
2. Peel the carrots, parsnips and celery, cut them and add them to the water that has started to boil.
3. Cut the onion into large pieces and add it to the pot
4. Let them boil for 15-20 minutes
5. After they have boiled, take out the vegetables and put them in a blender with some of the vegetables stock
6. Mix with the blender until all the skin has become foam
7. Remove the foam in a pot, add a little more vegetables stock, liquid cream, salt and pepper
8. If you want you can add a little olive oil, but I did not use for this recipe
9. Garnish with liquid cream, pumpkin seeds or croutons
