Supa crema de morcovi cu lapte de cocos

Creamy Carrot Soup with coconut milk

· 7-8 morcovi

Mod de preparare:

1. Punem doua linguri de ulei de cocos intr-o oala la foc mic

2. Adaugam morcovii taiati

3. Condimentam cu sare, piper, chimen si anason

4. Dupa 5 minute adaugam laptele de cocos si legumele deshidratate

5. Fierbem morcovii pentru 20-25 minute

6. Scoatem oala de pe foc si cu ajutorul unui blender vertical transformam morcovii in supa crema

7. Punem oala inapoi pe foc pentru 2-3 minute si adaugam 2 lingurite din crema de cocos pentru gatit

8. Servim supa cu crema de gatit, fulgi de cocos si fulgi chili(optional)

• 2 tablespoons dehydrated vegetables - https://vegis.ro/condimente/niavis/41989-legume-deshidratate-250g/

Method of preparation:

1. Put two tablespoons of coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat

2. Add the chopped carrots

3. Season with salt, pepper, cumin and anise

4. After 5 minutes add the coconut milk and dehydrated vegetables

5. Boil the carrots for 20-25 minutes

6. Remove the pot from the heat and with the help of a vertical blender turn the carrots into cream soup

7. Put the pot back on the fire for 2-3 minutes and add 2 teaspoons of coconut cream for cooking

8. Serve soup with cooking cream, coconut flakes and chili flakes (optional)
