Supa crema de galbiori si ghebe

Chanterelle mushrooms and honey mushrooms creamy soup


Reteta este scrisa in limba romana si in limba engleza.

The recipe is written both in English and Romanian.


Versiunea in limba romana:

Ingrediente:

·

· 100 grame ghebe

· 1 ceapa mare

· 2-3 catei de usturoi

· sare

· piper negru

· cimbru proaspat

· 1 lingura ulei de masline

· 50 g unt

· 500 ml supa de legume

· 50 ml smantana de gatit/ iaurt


Mod de preparare:

1. Spalam ciupercile si le taiem felii

2. Intr-o tigaie punem putin ulei de masline si unt, adaugam ciupercile, le condimentam cu sare, piper si cimbru proaspat

3. Taiem ceapa si usturoiul

4. Dupa 10 minute adaugam ceapa si usturoiul in tigaie

5. Le lasam pe foc inca 5 minute

6. Intr-un blender adaugam ciupercile, ceapa si usturoiul

7. Adaugam treptat supa de legume si mixam pana cand legumele au devenit spuma

8. Scoatem spuma intr-o oala, adaugam inca putin din supa, smantana lichida, sare si piper

9. Garnisim cu smantana lichida, frunze de fetica si ghebe calite


 

English version:


Ingredients:

• 200 grams of Chanterelle mushrooms

• 100 grams of honey mushrooms

• 1 large onion

• 2-3 cloves of garlic

• salt

• black pepper

• fresh thyme

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• 50 g butter

• 500 ml vegetable soup

• 50 ml double cream / yogurt

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices

2. In a pan put a little olive oil and butter, add the mushrooms, season with salt, pepper and fresh thyme.

3. Cut the onion and garlic

4. After 10 minutes add the onion and garlic to the pan

5. Leave them on the fire for another 5 minutes

6. In a blender add the mushrooms, onion and garlic

7. Gradually add the vegetable broth and mix until the vegetables have become foam

8. Remove the foam in a pot, add a little more soup, liquid cream, salt and pepper

9. Garnish with liquid cream, fetish leaves and hardened honey mushrooms
