Creamy Mushroom Soup

Ingrediente:
· 8 ciuperci brune
· O ceapa mare
· 4 catei de usturoi
· 150 ml supa de legume
· 50 ml smantana lichida
· Sare
· Piper
Mod de preparare:
1. Spalam ciupercile si le taiem felii
2. Intr-o tigaie punem putin ulei de masline si adaugam ciupercile, peste ele punem sare
3. Taiem ceapa si usturoiul
4. Dupa 10 minute adaugam ceapa si usturoiul in tigaie
5. Le lasam pe foc inca 5 minute
6. Intr-un blender adaugam ciupercile, ceapa si usturoiul
7. Adaugam putina supa de legume si mixam pana cand legumele au devenit spuma
8. Scoatem spuma intr-o oala, adaugam inca putin din supa, smantana lichida, sare si piper
9. Garnisim cu smantana lichida, seminte de dovleac sau crutoane

Ingredients:
• 8 brown mushrooms
• A large onion
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 150 ml vegetable soup
• 50 ml liquid cream
• Salt
• Pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices
2. In a pan put a little olive oil and add the mushrooms, put salt on them
3. Cut the onion and garlic
4. After 10 minutes add the onion and garlic to the pan
5. Leave them on the fire for another 5 minutes
6. In a blender add the mushrooms, onion and garlic
7. Add a little vegetable broth and mix until the vegetables have become foam
8. Put the foam in a pot, add a little more of the soup, double cream, salt and pepper
9. Garnish with liquid cream, pumpkin seeds or croutons
