Chiftelute din piept de pui cu piure de cartofi dulci si sparanghel

Chicken Meatballs with mashed sweet potatoes and asparagus

Versiunea in limba romana:

Ingrediente:

· 300 grame carne tocata piept de pui

· 1 ou

· Patrunjel proaspat

· 1 ceapa mica

· 1 usturoi

· 1 lingurita faina

· Sare

· Piper

· Susan- optional

· Pesmet- optional

· Ulei de floarea soarelui- pentru prajire

Garnitura:

· 3 cartofi dulci

· 1 lingura unt

· 50 ml smantana lichida

· Sare

· Piper

· 6 fire sparanghel

· Fulgi de chilli- optional


Mod de preparare:

1. Taiem ceapa marunt, pisam usturoiul si taiem patrunjelul

2. Punem carnea tocata intr-un bol de plastic, adaugam ceapa, usturoiul, 1 ou, patrunjelul, lingura de faina, sarea si piperul

3. Amestecam cu mainile compozitia

4. Formam bilutele din compozitia formata cu mainile ude

5. Eu am facut chiftelutele in 3 modalitati diferite:

6. Intr-o farfurie am pus susan si am dat dat o parte din chiftelute prin susan

7. Intr-o farfurie am pus pesmet si am dat dat o parte din chiftelute prin el

8. Chiftelutele ramase le-am lasat simple

9. Intr-o tigaie punem mult ulei, deoarece este necesar sa prajim chiftelutele in baie de ulei, setam focul mic spre mediu


10. Cand uleiul s-a incins punem bilutele formate in tigaie

11. Punem pe foc o oala cu apa, adaugam sare in apa

12. Curatam cartofii si ii taiem in bucatele mici, pentru ca sa fiarba mai repede

13. Cartofii dulci absorb mult mai multa apa decat cartofii albi, deaceea o sa ii punem pe un accesoriu pentru preparare la aburi (steamer insert) pentru 20 de minute

14. Prajim fiecare parte a chiftelutelor pentru 10-15 minute, verificam culoarea bilutelor cu ajutorul unei spatule, ridicand din tigaie fiecare chifteluta

15. Repetam acest proces pana cand toate chiftelutele sunt prajite

16. Intre timp cartofii nostrii au terminat de fiert, scoatem cartofii intr-un bol de plastic

17. Adaugam untul si smantana de gatit peste cartofii fierti

18. Pisam cu grija cartofii, adaugam sare si piper dupa gust

19. Fierbem sparanghelul intr-o oala pentru 10-15 minute

20. Asezam pe o farfurie chiftelutele, piureul de cartofi dulci, sparanghelul si garnisim cu fulgi Chilly

English version:

Ingredients:


• 300 grams of minced chicken breast

• 1 egg

• Fresh parsley

• 1 small onion

• 1 garlic or 2 as preferred

• 1 teaspoon flour

• Salt

• Pepper

• Sesame seeds- optional

• Breadcrumb- optional

• Sunflower oil - for frying

Side dish:

• 3 sweet potatoes

• 1 tablespoon butter

• 50 ml double cream

•Salt

•Pepper

• 6 asparagus threads

• Chili flakes - optional


Method of preparation:


1. Cut the onion into small pieces, grind the garlic and cut the parsley

2. Put the minced meat in a plastic bowl, add the onion, garlic, 1 egg, parsley, tablespoon flour, salt and pepper

3. Mix the composition with your hands

4. With wet hands form the meatballs

5. I made meatballs in 3 different ways:

6. In a plate I put sesame and I gave some of the meatballs through sesame

7. In a plate I put breadcrumbs and put some of the meatballs through it

8. I left some of the meatballs simple with no coating

9. Put a lot of oil in a pan, in order to fry the meatballs in an oil bath, set the heat low to medium

10. When the oil is heated, place the formed balls

11. Put a pot half-full of water on the gas stove, add salt to the water

12. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces so that they boil faster

13. Sweet potatoes absorb much more water than white potatoes, so we will put them on a steamer insert for 20 minutes

14. Fry each part of the meatballs for 10-15 minutes, check the color of the balls with a spatula

15. Repeat this process until all the meatballs are fried

16. Meanwhile our potatoes are finished cooking, we take the potatoes out in a plastic bowl

17. Add the butter and the double cream over the boiled potatoes

18. Carefully grind the potatoes, add salt and pepper to taste

19. Boil the asparagus in a pot for 10-15 minutes

20. Place the meatballs, mashed sweet potatoes and the asparagus on a plate and garnish with chili flakes
