Pulled chicken with roasted sweet potatoes & white potatoes

Reteta de pui cu pregatire lenta

Reteta este scrisa in limba romana si in limba engleza.

The recipe is written both in English and Romanian.

Versiunea in limba romana:


· Bucatarie: Americana

· Timp de pregatire: 10 minute

· Timp de gatire: 80 minute

· Gata in: 90 minute

· Portii: 3

Ingrediente:

· 300 grame piept de pui

· 1 cartof dulce

· 2 cartofi albi mici

· 1 lingura miere

· Sare

· Piper

· 3 linguri de Ketchup

· 4 linguri de sos BBQ

· 1 lingura de sos picant

· Ulei de masline

· Rozmarin proaspat

· Cimbru proaspat



Mod de preparare:


1. Punem o oala cu apa pe foc

2. Adaugam sare, piper

3. Taiem pieptul de pui in fasii mari si il curatam daca este cazul

4. Cand incepe sa fiarba apa adaugam pieptul de pui

5. Dupa 30 minute, taiem ceapa si o adaugam in oala

6. Preincalzim cuptorul la 180C

7. Spalam cartofii cu buretele de sarma

8. Taiem cartofii si ii adaugam intr-un vas termic

9. Adaugam ulei de masline, sare si rozmarin proaspat peste cartofi

10. Punem vasul in cuptor pentru 20 minute

11. Cand au trecut inca 40 minute de cand am adaugat ceapa o sa scurgem apa si ceapa din oala


12. Scoatem pieptul de pui pe un tocator de lemn si incepem sa descompunem pieptul de pui, fie cu furculita, fie cu mana

13. Punem fasiile din piept de pui inapoi in oala

14. Peste pui adaugam sosul BBQ, Ketchupul, sosul picant, o lingurita de miere si amestecam bine

15. Lasam compozitia la foc mic inca 10 minute

16. Scoatem cartofii din cuptor

17. Pe o tava o sa punem chiflele taiate si le lasam in cuptor pentru 5 minute

18. Scoatem chiflele din cuptor, le asezam pe farfurie si punem peste chifla puiul

19. Garnisim cartea de pui cu cimbru proaspat, asezam cealalta parte a chiflei

Timp de pregatire:

*Carnea de pui trebuie sa fiarba 70 minute

*Cartofii o sa stea in cuptor 30-40 minute

*Chiflele 5 minute

*Sosul impreuna cu carnea de pui o sa stea pe foc 10-15 minute

ingredients:

• 300 grams of chicken breast

• 1 sweet potato

• 2 small white potatoes

• 1 tablespoon honey

• Salt

• Pepper

• 3 tablespoons of ketchup

• 4 tablespoons BBQ sauce

• 1 tablespoon spicy sauce

• olive oil

• Fresh rosemary

• Fresh thyme


Method of preparation:

1. Put a pot of water on the fire

2. Add salt, pepper

3. Cut the chicken breast into large strips and clean it if necessary

4. When the water starts to boil, add the chicken breast

5. After 30 minutes, cut an onion and add it to the pot

6. Preheat the oven to 180C

7. Wash the potatoes with a wire sponge

8. Cut the potatoes and add them to a thermal pot

9. Add olive oil, salt and fresh rosemary over the potatoes

10. Put the pot in the oven for 20 minutes

11. When another 40 minutes have passed since we added the onion, we will drain the water

12. Take out the chicken breast on a wooden chopper and start to break down the chicken breast, either with a fork or by hand.

13. Add the chicken breast to the pot


14. Over the chicken add the BBQ sauce, ketchup, spicy sauce, a teaspoon of honey and mix well

15. Let the composition simmer for another 10 minutes

16. Remove the potatoes from the oven

17. On a tray we will put the cut buns and leave them in the oven for 5 minutes

18. Remove the buns from the oven, place them on the plate and place the chicken over the bun

19. Garnish the chicken book with fresh thyme, place the other side of the bun

Preparation time:

* The chicken should boil for 70 minutes

* The potatoes will stay in the oven for 30-40 minutes

* Buns 5 minutes

* The sauce with the chicken will stay on the fire for 10-15 minutes
