Piept de pui crispy la cuptor fara ulei

Baked Crispy Chicken- no oil used








Reteta este scrisa in limba romana si in limba engleza.

The recipe is written both in English and Romanian.

Versiunea in limba romana:

Ingrediente:


· 300 grame piept de pui

· 2 oua

· 4 linguri faina

· 5 linguri pesmet

· 2 linguri fulgi de Porumb

· 2 linguri Paprika dulce/ boia dulce

· Sare

· Piper



Mod de preparare:


1. Taiem in fasii si curatam pieptul de pui

2. Preincalzim cuptorul la 180C

3. Intr-un bol amestecam ouale, Paprika dulce/boia dulce, sare si piper

4. In alt bol punem faina si o lingura de Paprika dulce/boia dulce si amestecam

5. In alt bol punem pespetul si fulgii de porumb


6. Cu ajutorul unui cleste punem pieptul de pui in faina, apoi in ou si ulterior prin mixul de pesmet si fulgi

7. Asezam fiecare fasie de piept de pui pe hartia de copt lasand spatiu intre ele

8. Lasam tava in cuptor pentru 10 minute apoi intoarcem fiecare bucata de piept de pui si le lasam in cuptor pentru inca 10-15 minute

Recomand ca fasiile crispy sa fie servite cu sos de usturoi

 


English version:

Ingredients:

• 300 grams of chicken breast

• 2 eggs

• 4 tablespoons flour

• 5 tablespoons breadcrumbs

• 2 tablespoons Cornflakes

• 2 tablespoons sweet paprika

• Salt

• Pepper


Method of preparation:

1. Cut into strips and clean the chicken breast

2. Preheat the oven to 180C

3. In a bowl mix eggs, sweet paprika, salt and pepper

4. In another put flour and a spoonful of sweet paprika and mix

5. In another bowl put the breadcrumbs and cornflakes

6. Using a pair of tongs, place the chicken breast in the flour, then in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs and flakes.

7. Place each strip of chicken breast on the baking paper, leaving space between them

8. Leave the tray in the oven for 10 min

utes then turn each piece of chicken breast and leave them in the oven for another 10-15 minutes

I recommend that the crispy strips be served with garlic sauce
