Butter chicken breast with white rice

Versiunea in limba romana:

Ingrediente:


· 300 grame piept de pui

· Sare

· Piper

· 4 lingurite paprika dulce

· 2 lingurite turmeric

· 4 lingurite unt

· 1 ceapa alba

· 3 catei de usturoi

· 200 ml sos de rosii

· 100 ml smantana de gatit

· 1 lingurita pudra de ghimbir

· 1 lingurita de chimen pudra

· 1 betisor de scortisoara

· 2 linguri de garam masala

Garnitura:

· orez alb

Mod de preparare:


1. Taiem in cuburi pieptul de pui si il punem intr-un bol de plastic

2. Condimentam carnea cu sare, piper, 2 lingurite de Paprika dulce si praful de turmeric

3. Amestecam bine

4. Intr-o tigaie punem doua linguri de unt si adaugam pieptul de pui

5. Il prajim pentru 2 minute pe fiecare parte

6. Taiem ceapa si usturoiul

7. Scoatem pieptul de pui si in tigaie punem ceapa alba taiata cubulate

8. Condimentam cu doua lingurite de garam masala, 2 lingurite de paprika dulce, 1 lingurita de chimen pudra, piper negru, 1 lingura de pudra de ghimbir, 3 catei de usturoi taiati, 1 betisor de scortisoara si sare

9. Adaugam in tigaie 200 ml de sos de rosii si 100 ml smantana de gatit, amestecam bine

10. Pieptul de pui o sa il punem in tigaie, acoperim cu un capac si lasam sa fiarba pentru 10-15 minute

11. Dupa ce au trecut cele 10-15 minute, adaugam 2 linguri de unt, amestecam bine si lasam compozitia pe foc inca 3-5 minute

12. Intre timp am fiert orezul si preparatul nostru este gata pentru a fi servit

13. Garnisim cu patrunjel verde

English version:

Ingredients:


• 300 grams of chicken breast

• Salt

• Pepper

• 4 teaspoons sweet paprika

• 2 teaspoons turmeric

• 4 teaspoons butter

• 1 white onion

• 3 cloves of garlic

• 200 ml tomato sauce

• 100 ml cooking cream

• 1 teaspoon ginger powder

• 1 teaspoon of cumin

• 1 cinnamon stick

• 2 teaspoons of garam Masala


Side item:

• white rice

Method of preparation:


1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and place it in a plastic bowl

2. Season the meat with salt, pepper, 2 teaspoons of sweet paprika and turmeric powder

3. Mix well

4. In a pan put two tablespoons of butter and add the chicken breast

5. Fry it for 2 minutes on each side

6. Cut the onion and garlic

7. Remove the chicken breast and put the diced white onion in the pan

8. Season with two teaspoons of garam masala, 2 teaspoons sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon cumin, black pepper, 1 tablespoon ginger powder, 3 cloves chopped garlic, 1 cinnamon stick and salt

9. Add to the pan 200 ml of tomato sauce and 100 ml of cooking cream, mix well

10. Put the chicken breast in the pan, cover with a lid and let it boil for 10-15 minutes.

11. After the 10-15 minutes have passed, add 2 tablespoons of butter, mix well and leave the composition on the fire for another 3-5 minutes.

12. In the meantime we boiled the rice and our preparation is ready to be served

13. Garnish with green parsley
