Penne la cuptor cu piept de pui crocant


Baked pasta with crispy chicken breast



Versiunea in limba romana:





Ingrediente:

• 200 grame penne Excellent

• 200 grame piept de pui

• 100 grame mozarella

• 1 ou

• 1 cana faina

• 4-5 rosii

• 1 ceapa mare alba sau rosie

• Busuioc proaspat

• 4-5 catei de usturoi

• Ulei de masline

• Paprika dulce

• Usturoi pulbere

• Sare

• Piper





Mod de preparare:

1. Punem pe foc o oala cu apa si putina sare

2. Taiam rosiile si le decojim

3. Taiem usturoiul si il punem, impreuna cu roșiile, intr-o tigaie; focul trebuie sa fie la minimum pe toata perioada pregatirii sosului

4. Ceapa o taiem subtire si o asezam intr-o tigaie separata cu putin ulei de masline. O calim cu grija, sa o caramelizam

5. Adaugam ceapa calita si uleiul de masline peste rosiile calite

6. Presam rosiile si adaugam 3 linguri de apa

7. Punem sare si piper in sos

8. Taiem pieptul de pui fasii


9. Intr-un bol batem oul impreuna cu sare, piper, paprika dulce si usturoiul pulbere

10. Intr-un alt bol punem cana de faina, sare, piper, paprika dulce si usturoi pulbere. Amestecam bine

11. Trecem fasiile din piept de pui prin faina, apoi prin ou si din nou prin faina

12. Procedam la fel cu restul fasiilor de pui

13. Intr-o tigaie punem ulei din abundenta si pornim focul la intensitate medie

14. Cand uleiul s-a incins punem fasiile din piept de pui in tigaie

15. Prajim fiecare parte pentru 4-5 minute sau pana cand se obtine culoarea dorita. Atentie, focul trebuie sa fie mic pe toata durata prajirii.

16. Punem pennele in apa ce a inceput sa fiarba si le vom lasa pentru 5-8 minute

17. Presaram in sos frunzele de busuioc proaspat

18. Strecuram pastele de apa si le punem intr-un bol

19. Preincalzim cuptorul la 180 grade

20. Intr-un vas termo rezistent punem un strat de sos, apoi un strat de paste, un strat de mozzarella rasa, fasiile din piept de pui, inca un strat de sos, un strat de paste, inca un strat de sos si mozzarella rasa din abundenta

21. Acoperim vasul cu folie de aluminiu si punem vasul in cuptor pentru 15 minute

22. Dupa cele 15 minute îndepartam folia de aluminiu si mai lasam pastele in cuptor pentru inca 15-20 minute

English Version

Ingredients:

• 200 grams pasta

• 1 cup of flour

• 4-5 tomatoes

• 1 large white or red onion

• Fresh basil

• 4-5 cloves of garlic

• Olive oil

• Sweet paprika

• Garlic powder

• Salt

• Pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Put a pot of water and a little salt on the fire

2. Cut the tomatoes and peel them

3. Cut the garlic and put it, together with the tomatoes, in a pan; the fire must be at a minimum throughout the preparation of the sauce

4. Cut the onion thinly and place it in a separate pan with a little olive oil. We harden it carefully, to caramelize it

5. Add the hardened onion and olive oil over the hardened tomatoes

6. Press the tomatoes and add 3 tablespoons of water

7. Put salt and pepper in the sauce

8. Cut the chicken breast into strips

9. In a bowl beat the egg with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder

10. In another bowl put a cup of flour, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Mix well

11. Pass the chicken breast strips through the flour, then through the egg and again through the flour

12. Do the same with the rest of the chicken strips

13. Put plenty of oil in a pan and turn the heat to medium

14. When the oil has heated up, put the chicken breast strips in the pan

15. Fry each part for 4-5 minutes or until the desired color is obtained. Be careful, the fire must be small during the whole frying.

16. Put the feathers in the water that has started to boil and leave them for 5-8 minutes

17. Sprinkle the fresh basil leaves in the sauce

18. Strain the pasta and put it in a bowl

19. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

20. In a heat-resistant dish we put a layer of sauce, then a layer of pasta, a layer of grated mozzarella, chicken breast strips, another layer of sauce, a layer of pasta, another layer of sauce and mozzarella race in abundance

21. Cover the dis with aluminum foil and put the bowl in the oven for 15 minutes

22. After 15 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and leave the pasta in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
