Versiunea in limba romana:

Ingrediente:
· 200 grame penne Szatmari
· 1 ceapa mare alba
· 1-2 catei de usturoi
· Ulei de masline
· 4-5 rosii mari de gradina
· 4-5 rosii cherry
· 50 grame parmezan
· 2-3 rosii uscate
· Busuioc proaspat
· Ulei de masline
· Sare
· Piper
Mod de preparare:
1. Spalam rosiile, le taiem cuburi si le punem intr-o oala impreuna cu putin ulei de masline
2. Taiem ceapa in bucati mari si o punem in oala
3. Adaugam rosiile uscate, sare, piper, busuioc si amestecam bine
4. Dupa 5-7 minute, scoatem oala de pe foc si folosim un blender vertical pentru a transforma legumele in sosul de rosii pentru penne.
5. Sosul il fierbem la foc mic pana cand pastele sunt fierte
6. Punem pe foc o oala cu apa si putina sare
7. Punem pennele in apa ce a inceput sa fiarba si le vom lasa pentru 5-8 minute
8. Strecuram pastele si le adaugam peste sosul de rosii , amestecam bine
9. Intr-o tigaie calim rosiile cherry taiate in jumatate
10. Asezam pastele intr-o farfurie, decoram cu rosiile cherry calite, busuioc proaspat si parmesan

Ingredients:

• 1-2 cloves of garlic
• Olive oil
• 4-5 large garden tomatoes
• 4-5 cherry tomatoes
• 50 grams of parmesan
• 2-3 dried tomatoes
• Fresh basil
• Olive oil
• Salt
• Pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into cubes and put them in a pot with a little olive oil
2. Cut the onion into large pieces and put it in the same pot
3. Add the dried tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil and mix well
4. After 5-7 minutes, remove the pot from the heat and use a vertical blender to turn the vegetables into tomato sauce.
5. Boil the sauce over low heat until the pasta is cooked
6. Put a pot of water and a little salt on the fire
7. Put the feathers in the water that has started to boil and leave them for 5-8 minutes
8. Strain the pasta and add them over the tomato sauce, mix well
9. In a pan, heat the cherry tomatoes cut in half
10. Place the pasta in a plate, decorate with hardened cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and Parmesan
