Paste cu ton- gata in mai putin de 15 minute

Pasta with tuna in less than 15 minutes



Versiunea in limba romana:

Aceasta reteta este rapid de facut, sosul nu este gatit, ci pregatit la blender si aromele sunt atat de diferite insa se potrivesc atat de bine.


Ingrediente:

· 300 grame scoici Szatmari

· 2 conserve de ton

· 50 grame branza feta

· 30 grame busuioc proaspat

· 1 castravete

· 300 grame rosii cherry

· 50 grame rosii uscate

· 1 ardei iute

· 1 ardei rosu

· 4 catei de usturoi

· 1 lingura otet balsamic

· 1 lingura ulei de masline- de la rosiile uscate




Metoda de preparare:

1. Punem pe foc o oala cu apa, condimentam cu sare

2. Adaugam scoicile in apa ce a inceput sa fiarba si le lasam pentru 5-8 minute

3. Spalam rosiile, ardeiul gras, ardeiul iute, castravetele si frunzele de busuioc

4. Curatam castravetele si usturoiul

5. Taiem ardeiul gras

6. In recipientul de la blender punem rosiile cherry, castravetele, ardeiul iute, bucati de ardei gras, rosiile uscate, frunzele de busuioc, usturoiul si o lingura de ulei de masline

7. Pornim blenderul pana cand s-a format consistenta de pasta

8. Oprim blenderul, amestecam bine cu o lingura si adaugam otetul basalmic

9. Pornim din nou blenderul pentru cateva secunde

10. Strecuram pastele

11. Punem pastele intr-un bol si adaugam sosul, amestecand bine

12. Asezam pe o farfurie pastele si sosul

13. Taiem cateva rosii cherry in bucati mici si le punem peste paste

14. Adaugam bucati de ton, feta si frunze de busuioc

15. Stropim pastele cu putin ulei de masline



 

English version:

This recipe is quick to make, the sauce is not cooked, but prepared in a blender and the flavors are so different but they fit so well.

Ingredients:

• 300 grams of pasta shells

• 2 canned tuna

• 50 grams of feta cheese

• 30 grams of fresh basil

• 1 cucumber

• 300 grams of cherry tomatoes

• 50 grams of dried tomatoes

• 1 hot pepper

• 1 red pepper

• 4 cloves of garlic

• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

• 1 tablespoon olive oil - from dried tomatoes

Preparation method:

1. Put a pot of water on the fire, season with salt

2. Add the shells to the boiling water and leave for 5-8 minutes

3. Wash tomatoes, bell peppers, hot peppers, cucumbers and basil leaves

4. Peel the cucumber and garlic

5. Cut the bell pepper

6. In the blender bowl put the cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, hot peppers, pieces of bell pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, basil leaves, garlic and a tablespoon of olive oil.

7. Turn on the blender until the paste consistency has formed

8. Turn off the blender, mix well with a spoon and add the basaltic vinegar

9. Turn on the blender again for a few seconds

10. Strain the pasta

11. Put the pasta in a bowl and add the sauce, mixing well

12. Place the pasta and sauce on a plate

13. Cut some cherry tomatoes into small pieces and put them over the pasta

14. Add pieces of tuna, feta and basil leaves

15. Sprinkle the pasta with a little olive oil
