Biscuiti vegani, fara gluten cu unt de arahide si ciocolata

PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES (GLUTEN FREE & VEGAN)

Ingrediente:






Mod de preparare:

1. Intr-un bol mic/pahar punem o lingurita de seminte de chia si 3 linguri de apa, amestecam bine si lasam compozitia sa se lege pentru 10 minute

2. Cu ajutorul unui mixer amestecam uleiul de cocos cu zaharul de cocos. Dupa 2 minute adaugam untul de arahide, extractul de vanilie si semintele de chia preparate anterior, le amestecam cu ajutorul unei spatule

3. Intr-un bol separat amestecam faina de migdale, praful de copt, bicarbonatul de sodiu si sarea

4. Peste ingredientele uscate adaugam ingredientele amestecate la pasul 2, le amestecam

5. Taiem ciocolata neagra si o incorporam in aluat

6. Acoperim bolul cu un prosop si lasam vasul in frigider pentru o ora

7. Preincalzim cuptorul la 180 grade

8. Punem in tava hartia de copt, formam din aluat bilute si le asezam pe hartia de copt la o distanta de 3-4 cm

9. Coacem biscuitii pentru 10-14 minute

10. Dupa ce scoatem tava din cuptor, asteptam sa se raceasca inainte sa ii transferam pe o farfurie





 


English version:


Ingredients:

· Coconut oil 67 grams

· Coconut sugar 100 grams

· Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons

· Peanut butter 128 grams

· Chia seeds- 1 teaspoon

· Almond flour 160 grams

· Baking powder-1 teaspoon and a half

· Baking soda-1 teaspoon and a half

· Salt- 1 tsp

· Dark chocolate 75 grams






Method of preparation:

1. In a small bowl / glass put a teaspoon of chia seeds and 3 tablespoons of water, mix well and let the composition bind for 10 minutes

2. Using a mixer, mix the coconut oil with the coconut sugar. After 2 minutes add the peanut butter, vanilla extract and chia seeds prepared previously, mix them with a spatula

3. In a separate bowl mix the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt

4. Over the dry ingredients add the mixed ingredients in step 2, mix them

5. Cut the dark chocolate and incorporate it into the dough

6. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave the dish in the fridge for an hour

7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

8. Put the baking paper in the tray, form balls out of the dough and place them on the baking paper at 3-4 cm

9. Bake the biscuits for 10-14 minutes

10. After removing the tray from the oven, wait for it to cool before transferring it to a plate.
