Legume pane- vinete, dovlecei si ciuperci pleurotus



Deep Fried Vegetables - eggplant, zucchini and pleurotus ostreatus mushrooms

Reteta este scrisa in limba romana si in limba engleza.

The recipe is written both in English and Romanian.


Versiunea in limba romana:

Aceasta reteta poate fi vegana, daca ouale sunt inlocuite cu apa minerala.

Ingrediente:

· 1 vanata

· 1 dovlecel

· 50 grame ciuperci pleurotus

· 3 cani faina

· 4 oua

· 3 linguri apa minerala

· Sare

· Piper

· Mix ierburi aromate

· Pudra chili – optional (se poate inlocui cu boia dulce)

Mod de preparare:

1. Spalam vanata, dovlecelul si ciupercile

2. Taiem rondele vanata si dovlecelul

3. Batem ouale intr-un vas, condimentam cu sare, piper, mixul de ierburi aromate si pudra de chili

4. In vas adaugam prima cana de faina, amestecam bine

5. Adaugam a doua cana de faina si lingurile de apa minerela

6. Punem ultima cana de faina si amestecam bine

7. In aluatul format (consistenta groasa) punem legumele

8. Intr-o tigaie punem ulei din abundenta si pornim focul la intensitate mica spre medie

9. Cu ajutorul unei furculite punem legumele in uleiul incins

10. Prajim fiecare parte aproximativ 4-5 minute sau pana cand se obtine culoarea aurie dorita

11. Repetam pasul 10 pana cand toate legumele au fost prajite

English version:

This recipe can be vegan if we will replace the eggs with mineral water.

Ingredients:

• 1 eggplant

• 1 zucchini

• 50 grams of Pleurotus ostreatus

• 3 cups of flour

• 4 eggs

• 3 tablespoons mineral water

• Salt

• Pepper

• Mix aromatic herbs

• Chili powder - optional (can be replaced with paprika)

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the eggplant, zucchini and mushrooms

2. Cut the eggplant and zucchini in slices

3. Mix eggs in a bowl, season with salt, pepper, mix of herbs and chili powder

4.Add in the first cup of flour and mix well

5. Add the second cup of flour and the 3 tablespoons of mineral water

6. Put the last cup of flour and mix well

7. In the dough formed (thick consistency) put the vegetables

8. Put plenty of oil in a pan and turn the heat to low to medium

9. Using a fork, place the vegetables in the hot oil

10. Fry each side for about 4-5 minutes or until the desired golden color is obtained

11. Repeat step 10 until all the vegetables have been fried
