Lasagne cu carne tocata de pui

Pasta with minced chicken breast

Versiunea in Limba Romana:


Ingrediente:

• 200 grame lasagne Szatmari

• 300 grame carne tocata piept de pui

• patrunjel proaspat

• 1 ceapa mare

• 1 usturoi

• Sare

• Piper

• Ulei de masline

• Sos de rosii: rosii, ceapa roșie/alba, usturoi, busuioc proaspat






Mod de preparare:

1. Taiem rosiile, le decojim si le punem intr-o tigaie cu putin ulei de masline

2. Taiem in fasii subtiri ceapa rosie si usturoiul si le punem în tigaia cu roșii

3. Adaugam frunzele de busuioc proaspat

4. Amestecam bine, punem cateva picaturi de apa si lasam sosul sa absoarba aromele la foc mic

5. Dupa 10 minute, oprim focul

6. Taiem ceapa marunt, pisam usturoiul

7. Intr-o tigaie incinsa cu putin ulei de masline adaugam ceapa taiata, usturoiul

8. Dupa 2 minute adaugam carnea tocata si o calim 3-4 minute pe fiecare parte

9. Adaugam sosul de rosii peste carnea calita si amestecam bine. Lasam carnea in sos pana cand pastele sunt fierte.

10. După ce apa a inceput sa fiarba adaugam pastele. Le fierbem pentru 8-10 minute

11. Strecuram apa si punem pastele in sos

12. Garnishim cu parmesan ras si patrunjel proaspat





 


English version:

Ingredients:

• 200 grams of pasta

• 300 grams of minced chicken breast

• fresh parsley

• 1 large onion

• 1 garlic

• Salt

• Pepper

• Olive oil

• Tomato sauce: tomatoes, red / white onions, garlic, fresh basil

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the tomatoes, peel them and put them in a pan with a little olive oil

2. Cut red onion and garlic into thin strips and put them in the pan with the tomatoes

3. Add the fresh basil leaves

4. Mix well, add a few drops of water and let the sauce absorb the flavors over low heat.

5. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat

6. Cut the onion into small pieces, grind the garlic

7. In a hot pan with a little olive oil add chopped onion, garlic

8. After 2 minutes add the minced meat and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side

9. Add the tomato sauce over the hardened meat and mix well. Leave the meat in the sauce until the pasta is cooked.

10. After the water has started to boil, add the pasta. Boil them for 8-10 minutes

11. Strain the water and put the pasta in the sauce

12. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley
