Cartofi dulci copti cu sos tzatziki, rucola si seminte de dovleac prajite

Roasted sweet potatoes with tzatziki sauce, arugula and pumpkin seeds

Versiunea in limba romana:

Ingrediente:

· 3-4 cartofi dulci

· 350 g iaurt grecesc

· 3-4 castraveti

· 3-4 căței de usturoi

· mărar proaspăt

· sare

· piper

· zeama de lamaie

· ulei de masline

· rucola

· seminte de dovleac

Mod de preparare:

1. Preincalzim cuptorul

2. Spalam cartofii dulci si ii punem intr-o tava. Cu ajutorul unei furculite, impungem cartofii de 2-3 ori. Condimentam cu sare si piper.

3. Spalam castravetii si ii dam pe razatoare

4. Intr-un bol punem iaurtul grecesc, adaugam castravetele ras, usturoiul dat pe razatoare, zeama de lamaie (3-4 linguri), ulei de masline(1 lingurita), sare si piper

5. Taiem marunt mararul si il adaugam in iaurt, amestecam bine

6. Dupa 40-50 minute scoatem cartofii de la cuptor, ii taiem in jumatate, adaugam o lingurita de unt, 1-2 linguri de sos tzatziki, rucola si seminte de dovleac

English version:

ingredients:

• 3-4 sweet potatoes

• 350 g Greek yogurt

• 3-4 cucumbers

• 3-4 cloves of garlic

• fresh dill

• salt

• pepper

• lemon juice

• olive oil

• arugula

• pumpkin seeds

Method of preparation:

1. Preheat the oven

2. Wash the sweet potatoes and place them in a tray. Using a fork, prick the potatoes 2-3 times. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Wash the cucumbers and grate them

4. In a bowl put the Greek yogurt, add the grated cucumber, grated garlic, lemon juice (3-4 tablespoons), olive oil (1 teaspoon), salt and pepper.

5. Finely chop the dill and add it to the yogurt, mix well

6. After 40-50 minutes remove the potatoes from the oven, cut them in half, add a teaspoon of butter, 1-2 tablespoons of tzatziki sauce, arugula and pumpkin seeds
